Interface Description
Florida PALM will receive statewide Appropriations and Budgetary Codes from the Executive Office of the Governor/Office of Policy and Budget (EOG/OPB) who develops and publishes appropriations and Budgetary Codes on an annual basis in the Legislative Appropriations System/Planning and Budgeting Subsystem (LAS/PBS). LAS/PBS will use this interface to transmit budgetary code combinations to Florida PALM. These budgetary code combinations will be loaded to a custom table in Florida PALM and will consist of Budgetary Fund, Budget Entity, and Category per Business Unit.

| Fund | Detail | Fund is used to segregate and capture specific activities or classify certain objectives in accordance with special regulations, restrictions, or limitations, e.g., restricted Fund. Legacy Mapping: GAAFR, SF, FID |

| Fund Long Description | Detail | Identifies the long description which may contain historical details regarding the Fund value. |
| Budget Entity | Detail | Budget Entity ChartField represents organizations and/or functions to which appropriations are made and typically represents a program. Budget Entity will retain the same value as in the current business system |
