Business Process Overview
This business process addresses the set up and maintenance of Projects and the associated Project ChartField for fiscal management. This process is within the Projects Management Business Grouping.
The business subprocess included are:
- 90.1.1 – Add or Modify Project
- 90.1.2 – Add or Modify PC Activity
- 90.1.3 – Define Project Budget
- 90.1.4 – Add or Modify PC ChartFields
- 90.1.5 – Monitor and Closeout Projects
- 90.1.6 – FCO Certification Forward
- 90.1.7 – Manager Transaction Review for PCard
- 90.1.8 – Maintain Projects
Dependencies and Constraints
Dependencies and Constraints describe any conditions or criteria that impact how or when the business process should be executed. These could be set within Florida PALM or from external sources (i.e., Law or Rule).
- Transactions that include an FCO category will require a Project, Activity and PC BU to be recorded on the transaction.
- All Projects in Florida PALM will require a budget to be established within the Project Costing module.
