Conversion Description
The conversion focuses on establishing Appropriations, Releases, Reserves and Spendable Cash on 01/01/2026 within Florida PALM. Appropriations data will consist of the current appropriations year GAA/Adjusted Appropriations up until 12/31/2025. Appropriations data will be reconciled balances between Central FLAIR and LAS/PBS. Spendable Cash will be reconciled for trust fund balances between Central FLAIR and Florida PALM CMS Wave. GR cash is covered as part of the GL conversion.
