Interface Description
The Executive Office of the Governor/Office of Policy and Budget (EOG/OPB) publishes an Appropriation Budget Ledgers Reconciliation Daily File. This interface file is loaded into Florida PALM for a systematic reconciliation of Florida PALM and Legislative Appropriations System/Planning and Budgeting Sub-system (LAS/PBS) budget ledgers (Appropriations, Releases, and Reserves).

Record Code | Detail | Record Code identifying the information on the record. |
GL Business Unit | Detail | GL Business Unit represents an organization/agency at an appropriation level and is used to define a financial reporting entity for General Ledger reporting. |
Balance Type | Detail | A ledger consists of posted balances that represent a set of books for a business unit. |
Fund | Detail | Used to segregate and capture specific activities or classify certain objectives in accordance with special regulations, restrictions, or limitations (e.g., restricted fund). |
Budget Entity | Detail | Represents organizations and/or functions to which appropriations are made and typically represents a program. |
Category | Detail | Represents both appropriation categories and revenue source codes. |
Budget Period | Detail | Budget Period (Appropriation Year) |
Ledger Balance Amount | Detail | Appropriations, Reserve, Release, or Mandatory balances differentiated by the Balance Type above. Value includes decimal point and two decimals i.e. 9999.99 |
