Report Description
A report used to alert custodian supervisor when an asset is paid for, but the asset record data is incomplete.
This detail report will identify (as of the report run date) any asset records missing the following fields: custodian, location, asset description, asset tag number, vehicle identification number (VIN), or vehicle tag number. This report is intended to help agency users monitor the completeness of asset records for these specific fields. Other reports, such as AMR069 Detail Asset Listing, can be used to review asset record details for additional fields. This on-demand report is intended for agency users but may also be used by enterprise users.
