Interface Description

In Florida PALM, all payees are called Suppliers. This includes retirees, payroll suppliers, and employees.

The Supplier Information in Florida PALM must be sent to various agency/enterprise systems to keep them synced for a more streamlined AP transactions. Sending Supplier information to other systems is met through this outbound interface.

This interface sends out all new suppliers and updates existing supplier records as part of the interface. This interface sends out the following supplier information:

Supplier Header
Supplier Address
Supplier Location

Data Field Name	Record Type	Data Field Description
Record Code	Header	Record Code identifying the information on the record.
Supplier ID	Header	This field will contain a valid Florida PALM Supplier ID for the Supplier SetID provided.
Supplier Name 1	Header	This field will contain Supplier name.
Supplier Name 2	Header	This field is an additional space for Supplier name.
Supplier Classification	Header	Indicates the supplier classification.
Supplier Status	Header	Indicates Supplier status.
Additional ID Type	Header	Used to capture the Supplier tax identification number or social security number.
Additional ID Number	Header	Supplier tax identification number.
Source System Supplier ID	Header	Supplier ID form the source system before it was loaded to PALM.
Business Designation	Header	This is the Business Designation that comes from the W9 system.
TIN Match Status	Header	This is the Status that comes from the W9 system.
TIN Match Date	Header	This is the date that comes from the W9 system.
Confidential	Header	This is the indicator if this supplier is confidential.
Certification Source	Header	Indication for MBE codes associated to the supplier.
Government Certifications	Header	The actual MBE codes associated to the supplier.

Location Name	Location	Name and primary identifier for a given Supplier Location.
Remit to Address Sequence	Location	Indicates supplier address sequence number used for remittance.
Payment Method	Location	Type of payment that will be defaulted when using the location in transactions.

Supplier Phone Number Type	Address	Designates Supplier phone type. It will default Business (BUSN). Required if entering a supplier phone number.
Supplier Phone Number Prefix	Address	Designates the area code for the Supplier phone number.
