Agency Position Funding Maintainer

Role Description and Responsibilities

The Agency Position Funding Maintainer is the agency role responsible for creating or updating position level funding and/or requesting new speed keys for the creation of combo codes. Role responsibilities include:

• Identifies position funding updates using payroll reports or online screens.
• Updates position funding via spreadsheet upload or manual entry.
• Verifies position funding updates using payroll reports or online screens.
• Updates position funding for new fiscal year.

Conflicts with Other Roles
