Conversion Description
Conversion of titling and administrative information is required to manage financial activity for active contracts. The conversion process is needed to migrate current and active contract information from FLAIR to the Florida PALM system.

Below details the files from the integrating systems that will provide the source data for this conversion.
- FACTS and FLAIR hold the data to be converted; however, only data in FLAIR will be converted. Agencies are responsible for reconciling the two sources of information and ensuring that FLAIR represents the accurate and complete information and representing that the data to be converted from FLAIR is ready for conversion.
- The conversion layout includes fields for Assistance Listing Number (ALN) and Catalog of State Financial Assistance (CSFA).

| FLAIR | The conversion file will contain contracts with FACTS indicator = “Y” and a Contract record status of “A”. The conversion file will also contain all active contracts for agencies exempt from use of FACTS where the FACTS indicator = “Y” or “N” and the Contract status of “A”. |
