Interface Description
This interface was implemented in CMS Wave and will be updated in Financials Wave. The information in this article is the planned design for Financials Wave.
Florida PALM’s Chart of Accounts (COA) will consist of multiple ChartField (data elements) and corresponding values, which will be used for budgetary and financial reporting needs.
Once a ChartField value request has been appropriately approved, the inbound ChartField Mass-Upload Interface can be used. This interface allows mass-upload functionality for entering the values for ChartFields – Account, Fund, Organization, Budget Entity, Category, State Program, Other Accumulator 1 (OA1), Other Accumulator 2 (OA2). These values will be uploaded using CSV (comma-separated values) templates defined for each ChartFieldconfiguration.
