Interface Description
Agencies can upload Contracts in Florida PALM using this spreadsheet upload interface. The spreadsheet upload file will be available for the Agencies exempt from Florida Accountability and Contract Tracking System (FACTS). As part of this interface, users will populate the spreadsheet with Contract details and upload it on the run control page. The process will then load the Contract details into the Florida PALM system. The same process will load the delivered Contract ChartField (CHARTFIELD1_TBL) record.

Business Unit | Contract Header | Business unit. Used to define an organization or organizational subset that is independent with regards to one or more accounting or operational functions for Contracts. |
Contract ID | Contract Header | Contract ID used to identify Contract managed by agencies excluded from FACTS. |
Contract Type | Contract Header | The type of Contract. |
Contract Status | Contract Header | The status of Contract. |
ChartField Status | Contract Header | ChartField Status. |
Short Title | Contract Header | A short title for the Contract. |
Long Title | Contract Header | A long title for the Contract. |
Contract Amount | Contract Header | Amount for the Contract. |
Contractor ID | Contract Header | State Assigned Contractor ID used to identify Contract managed by Agencies. |
