Role Description and Responsibilities
The Agency AR Reporter is the agency role responsible for reviewing deposits, electronic receipts data, customer data, and AR items. Role responsibilities include:
- Receives ACH NOC Data via Query and Online Pages, which provides customer data and deposit information.
- Runs AR deposit reports
- Views AR deposits and payments inquiry
- View and review returned items and debit memos
- Adds and updates Treasury Correspondence Form
- View customer data
- Run AR Item reports
- View AR Item Inquiry pages

Conflicts with Other Roles

This role is automatically assigned to the Agency AR Deposit Processor, Agency AR Deposit Approver, Agency Customer Maintainer, Agency AR Item Processor, Agency AR Item Approver and does not require a separate assignment.
