Role Description and Responsibilities
The Agency Interface Error Viewer role is the agency role, assigned by Florida PALM module, responsible for reviewing inbound interface errors and taking the necessary corrective actions to resolve them. Users assigned this role can access error logs through a link that is included in automated email notifications. This role is intended to be assigned to functional and technical support staff that are responsible for resolving interface processing errors.
