Role Description and Responsibilities
The GL Reconciliation Viewer role is the agency and DFS end user role that can access GL source module data via inquire pages. Role responsibilities include:
- Views Automated Source Module to GL Reconciliation pages and reports.
- Views budget and cash related inquiry pages.
- Views pages in Asset Management, Accounts Receivable, Grants, Project Costing, and Accounts Payable modules.
- Views Investment Activity Inquiry Page.
- Views budget/cash exception related inquiry pages.

Conflicts with Other Roles
The table below includes the roles that conflict with the GL Reconciliation Viewer, including separation of duty (SOD) conflicts and system enforced restrictions. If an agency identifies a SOD conflict that cannot be resolved, the agency must submit justification and compensating controls to Division of Accounting and Auditing (A&A) to request an exception. A&A will review the agency’s submitted request to determine if an exception will be granted.
