Report Description
This detail report is intended to support a user’s review of capitalized asset improvements either for a single asset or for multiple assets based on selection criteria described below. This report will identify only those assets with improvements and for those assets, provide basic asset identifying information, including physical location, and provide transaction level details (dates and improvement cost/amounts) associated with that record. This on-demand report will primarily be used by agency users, but may be used by enterprise users. This report includes both financial and asset physical information.
